Here’s a delicious garden vegetable dip that is easy to make and tastes amazing after the flavors blend in the refrigerator an hour or so, but overnight is even better.
This vegetable dip tastes great when served with a vegetable platter, tortilla chips, crackers, or potato chips. I think it would even taste great on a slice of bread!

Garden Dip Appetizer Tray Idea
Here’s a great idea if you wanted to make an appetizer tray. All three of my daughters work for a high-end catering company in swanky Sonoma County California. This is my daughters #2 idea, she says this is what her employer would do to make the food fancy. She spread the garden vegetable dip on a ritz cracker and then topped it with a little parsley. We only had dried parsley and this would look so much nicer with fresh parsley or maybe even a little fresh dill.
If you put a little fresh dill on the vegetable dip, you could call it Dill Dip. This garden vegetable dip would look really pretty spread on chunks of bread and served on an appetizer tray.
This garden vegetable dip would also look really pretty spread on chunks of bread and served on an appetizer tray. If you did that, you could put a swirl of olive oil on the plate. My daughter #2 says that is also something her catering company would do. 😀
Serve this Garden Vegetable Dip With:
- Vegetable tray
- Wheat thins
- Triscuits
- Tortilla chips
- Potato chips
- Chunks of bread
- Use this Dip inside tortilla pinwheels or tortilla wraps
