Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray 9x13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl, or stand mixer. Add in wet ingredients and mix until well blended.
  • Pour batter into prepared 9x13" cake pan.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake is done.
