Ingredients
  

  • Granny Cake Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cans DRAINED canned fruit I recommend pineapple and peaches
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    Frosting Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Instructions
 

  • Cake Instructions
  • Set oven to 325 degrees.
  • Combine all the cake ingredients into kitchenaid or mixing bowl. Mix well. Transfer to a 9x13 cake pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Bake 40-45 minutes.
    Frosting Instructions
  • Combine all the frosting ingredients into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes. Pour frosting over hot baked cake.
