Granny Cake with Pineapple and Peaches

Moist delicious "Granny Cake" filled with pineapple and peaches. YUM!

- Granny Cake Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cans DRAINED canned fruit I recommend pineapple and peaches
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
Frosting Ingredients - 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Cake Instructions
Set oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all the cake ingredients into kitchenaid or mixing bowl. Mix well. Transfer to a 9x13 cake pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake 40-45 minutes.
Frosting Instructions
Combine all the frosting ingredients into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes. Pour frosting over hot baked cake.
