Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare a large baking sheet (with sides) by spraying it with non-stick spray.
Place onions in a large microwaveable bowl, splash with a little water, cover bowl, and microwave for about a minute. Use a paper towel to removed water from the bowl. Fold the paper towel and wipe under the onions.
After onions have cooled down, add in crushed goldfish crackers, milk, and eggs. Stir to combine.
Next, add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and ground beef.
Use your hands to combine all the ingredients.
Now it's time to roll the meatballs. Use a spoon or something that'll help you make meatballs about the same size, and shape the meatballs with your hands.
Transfer meatballs to the prepared pan.
Bake meatballs @ 400 for 20 minutes.
After meatballs are done cooking check the largest meatball by slicing in half, the meatball should no longer be pink in the center.
Serve with meatball gravy or your own favorite sauce.
