Rinse the starch off the rice with water.
I normally rinse and drain the rice at least FOUR times.

This Chinese fried rice recipe calls for two cups of cooked diced meat.

In a bowl combine: - cooked meats
- minced carrots
- whites of green onion or diced red onion
- soy sauce
- ginger powder
- minced garlic
- chicken broth
- vegetable oil
- sesame seed oil

Pour the contents of the bowl on top of the rinsed rice.
I like to put the bacon on top of the veggie mixture.
DO NOT STIR. Close the rice cooker.
Cook on "Mixed".

When rice is almost done, scramble 2-4 eggs in a skillet.
When rice is done, stir in the eggs, green onion tops, and frozen peas.
Close the lid and keep the rice cooker on warm for
10 minutes.
