Mexican Salad with Chicken in Lime Cilantro Dressing

This Mexican Salad recipe is inspired by Cheesecake Factory's Mexican Tortilla Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 ea Romaine Lettuce Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 recipe Cooked Marinated Chicken Breast Chopped
  • 1 recipe Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 ea Cabbage Thinly sliced
  • 2 ea Avocados Peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut in half
  • 1/4 ea Red Onion Thinly sliced

Optional Ingredients (May NOT be Low Carb)

  • 1 handful Crush Tortilla Chips
  • 1 can Corn Drained
  • 1 can Black Beans Drained
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 jar Salsa

Instructions
 

  • In tossing bowl combine just enough ingredients for one salad. Tailor each salad to the likes and dietary restrictions of the person you are making it for.
  • Add a few tablespoons of cilantro lime dressing. Toss salad. Plate.
